Dawn FoundationsA woman sits at her desk in early morning light, notebook open with simple daily practices marked: sleep hours, exercise, reading, skill work. Around her—a cleared phone, a plant, strong coffee—everything arranged for quiet focus. The sunrise beyond shows what waits when basics are restored.Lch = Rbs × Ign × Mvs × Sua
Turn life around with four foundations, all of them
How much my life changes for the better equals how well I have restored my body and sleep, times how fully I cut out meaningless information, times how far I have mastered one genuinely valuable skill, times how consistently I show up where opportunity happens. Remove any one and the other three lose their effect.

Weighing the WagerA man leans back at his desk, studying a diagram where a small red triangle sits below a soaring green one. Morning light catches his face as he thinks through the trade-off—what he stands to lose against what he might gain.Tk = (1 − Rn) × step(Up − Dn)
Take the bet when the upside dominates and the worst case is survivable
I take a bet only when its worst case is survivable and its upside dominates its downside. If the worst case could wipe me out, or the upside does not dominate, I don't take it.

Walking Forward, Looking BackA woman strides ahead down a sunlit path, glancing over her shoulder at a group of people arguing in the shadows behind her. Her face is calm, her step steady. She's chosen where to put her energy, and keeps walking.Rtd ∝ 1 − Wu
What drains a relationship is unwillingness, not stupidity or malice
How tiring a relationship is grows as the other person's willingness to understand, reflect and learn falls. Having little knowledge or ability is not what drains me. Someone who knows nothing but is willing to ask, listen and learn does not drain me.
